
Firstly, i had a meeting online with the recruitment team. this was good to get a bit more background to the company and also to show who i was and what i am like. following this, i had an in-person interview which was really good.

I was guided every step of the way by the johnstaff recruitment team. they would answer all my questions and give me the latest updates with my application and the next steps required.
The interview process took place over a 2-3 week period consisting of two Teams Interviews. After the initial interview discussing my qualifications and experience a second interview was undertaken to discuss my interests outside of work and i was given the opportunity to ask questions about the Graduate program and Company. The assessment process and documentation Johnstaff required after the interviews was very clear and simple.
