I think the pay is average compared to most other graduate roles. in terms of perks or benefits, i have not really seen any yet. the office culture is good, and there is always good food and drinks available. we also get food for staff meetings which is a nice perk.
Well paid position and the company valued the experience i had and that was reflected in my salary package.
