The business is extremely accommodating when it comes to working arrangements. Each employee is entitled to work two days from home, although, I recommend being in the office as much as you can, as this is where you will learn the most. There is no set clock in clock off time. There is more of a trust component. As long as you are doing the hours and the work required of your role, the business is flexible when it comes to things such as dropping off and picking up children from school, appointments etc. Be expected to work hard! Like everything, there will be times where you work longer to finish certain tasks. That being said, the business actively pushes a healthy work-life balance.

I don't ever work from home, i like working from the office as i believe i need to be able to ask questions and be around my workmates. sometimes for work i have to go away for a night or two and drive to a location, they are good with this and allow me to do this without having to seek approval, which is fair. i think in the future i would like to work from home a day a week, but at the moment i am happy with the working arrangement.

Approx 9-5 daily however depending on workload, what is due etc. you may have to stay back a bit to finish your work, or on the contrary, allowed to leave early if you have been doing well. wfh is a possibility
