There is a good young culture at the firm, and most people are pretty social. I think the firm would benefit from more organised activities especially for clerks and graduates to get to know their cohort. With this, team bonding activities would also be a good idea - this exists in some teams but not all. The structure and hierarchy changes depending on the team and the personalities in the team - some have better culture than others.
There is no real sense of being part of the team or firm. Everyone is out for themselves and has their own clicks. I am apparently not part of them.
