Individual offices is a great initiative especially when you need to take calls or undergo more sensitive work. Specific work requires a closed door to ensure confidentiality and to respect the clients information especially in the case of employment matters or pro bono. The location of the firm is ideal and makes it accessible via public transport. The dress code is flexible, and will depend on the team. Most teams accept that you won't be extremly formal everyday but you will need to look presentable if you have client meetings, events or court.
Old equipment, old systems, office feels bare. I don't like the facilities, comparing to other firms I have worked at. I like the location of the city.
Perth office is excellent. Sydney office is a bit dark
