for the first few months of the grad role we had at least one training session every week. We do a lot of AI training but also team specific training and it has immensely helped with the performance of my role. There is also mentoring programs for grads as well as Women in Law mentoring programs.
Sometimes it can be hard to retain knowledge when we have multiple training sessions every day for a week and then they cease. However, most are presented quite well and are useful.
