There are a lot of groups and programs for after work activities. Like the IMPACT group hold something once a month to get all the graduates to catchup and socialise.
I think that everyone at KBR is really nice and it creates a great culture. It is no run through fear and I personally feel very confident speaking to those in a higher position. We quite often have group meetings and discussions giving us the opportunity to connect with our coworkers, get to know them and feel comfortable sharing our opinions. KBR also have great initiative such as IMPACT for those under 10 years' experience which provide opportunities for younger workers to socialise and get to know each other through out of work events.
Have lots of team bonding sessions and other events with the wider company. End of month drinks and monthly pulse updates are popular and are a good way to meet new people within the company. Everyone within my team gets along well and respects their superiors and senior leadership.
