KBR advertises their graduate program much earlier than a lot of other companies, so it was good to be able to apply early in the year. I also appreciated that the timeframes they provided me when I asked about various aspects of the process (ie, when I can expect a call back) represented what actually happened, unlike some other companies I also applied to. What I appreciated the most, and this may have just been the team that interviewed me, but my interview was just a relaxed conversation about getting to know who I was, and why I was interested in the role at KBR, instead of a hotseat-esque interrogation that some interviews can be. I personally didn't have any assessments as part of my interview process, so I am not able to comment on that aspect.
