The interviewing process for me was quick and efficient. During the interview, there was a question sheet but we found from just having a conversation between each other we covered all the questions. After the interview, they were quick with their decision and the next day I was informed I got the job.
I was quite comfortable with the interview process and fell it was straight forwarded and well run. The interviewers were inviting, easy to talk to and made the interview more like a conversation than an interrogation. I left feeling pleased with how it went and though the interview represented the workplace in a way that appealed to me.
Straight forward interview process, good to get a feel of the job before committing.
I didn't follow a conventional recruitment process as I was referred for this position by a previous colleague. I had a meeting/interview with some of the leaders in my sector, and then was offered a full time employment position following this.
