Theres a lot of online training available, especially for time management, delivering quality work, managing people etc. Theres also a lot of opportunities for white card, working from heights, and confined space training.
I feel like this is one area where the company could improve. Whilst everyone around me was very helpful whenever I asked them questions, there wasn't really a formal training program. Because of this I found myself having to interrupt people while they were working on other think to ask them for help. Despite them being open and willing to help, it sometimes put me in a position where I felt guilty.
Mentoring / feedback has been limited. Good opportunities to do further studied if desired.
I haven't been with the company very long, but from my experience so far, the graduate program is well structured and there are lots of opportunities for internal coaching/mentoring. The company also has subscriptions with external development courses like Percipio learning, which are free to use.
