Although not something that I have really used/ had the need to use, from what I can tell KBR does offer quite a bit of flexibility of work hours, with the Agile Work Week, where you can accumulate overtime, and redeem it at a later date for time off. WFH is not only accepted but encouraged for certain circumstances, although I have not needed to/ prefer not to WFH thus far in my KBR career.
