We can work from Home or Office. We just have to complete 8hrs of work between 6:30am-6:30pm. So people can come in anytime or they can start and stop work throughout the day.
Flexibility when it comes to work hours is really good. We are able to work from home so long as we are working efficiently and staying connected with the team. We are also allowed to start and finish at different times of the day so long as we complete our 40 hours a week. While I often work from the office the flexibility is particularly helpful if I have an appointment close to where I live.
Remote work is very flexible which is good. Hours vary with generally most hours being 8-9 with some 10-11 hour days.
- Ability to WFH 2-3 days a week. - Flexible working week. Ability to work more than 8 hours per day and accumulate hours. You are able to take up to 1 full day off a month if you have accumulated enough hours.
