From what i've gathered talking to fellow teammates across the firm, promotions seem to come in a structured way every year by and EOY review in most cases. I am still yet to fully understand my own career progression opportunities as I am still quite new to this role
Career progression is very clear, and I understand what I need to do to reach the next level. The team regularly encourages me to step outside my comfort zone and supports my goals by connecting me with the right people, suggesting opportunities and helping me focus on the skills I want to develop. Initiative is strongly encouraged. It is a great place to work if you enjoy pushing yourself, strive for more and value continuous professional and personal growth.
Promotions will usually come after every 2.5 / 3 years and moving up ranks is quite achievable if you are willing to put the work and time in.
Career progression is quick, high learning curve but satisfying for the right people. Heaps of opportunities within the company to grow and get more responsibilities.
