Its currently a tense period for the firm so workplace culture is a bit lacking. A flat structure across the hierarchy makes it feel much easier to socialise and work with higher ups
There is a clear hierarchy, but everyone is approachable and accessible. There is a strong emphasis on working as one team and achieving outcomes together. People are smart and hardworking, while still being reasonable and understanding. I genuinely enjoy spending time with my colleagues and find that I miss them if I work from home for too many days in a row.
