I found it pretty chill. Included an online assessment and 2 rounds of interviews. The interviewers were great which made the whole process a lot less daunting for someone who was looking for their first professional job after graduating

The process was clear and well organised, with a friendly atmosphere created by former grads. I had a chance to chat more about the team I was interested in and even made a friend who I still talk to. We both passed the process and joined as grads. One thing that surprised me was how genuinely interested the partner was in whether I knew the firm’s values and could give an example of when I had demonstrated them. After working with that partner later, I realised the question reflected something he genuinely cares about. He often brings up the values, places a strong emphasis on them and lives by them.

Interview was great very nice people to talk to and it all made plenty of sense. The assessment were also good, they were well structured.

Simple, I got to do my interview over teams and the assessments did not take long.
