Very flexible. There is an expectation to come into the office at least 1-2 days per week but this is flexible. I have not found myself working past my required office hours
The team works in a hybrid mode, with no strict requirement to attend the office, although people are encouraged to come in 2-3 times a week. Graduates are strongly encouraged to attend more often, as it helps with learning, building relationships and getting the most out of the experience. Usual hours are around 9 to 5. There is a lot of trust within the team and no micromanagement, with the main focus being on getting the work done. Everyone is also very understanding and chill when personal commitments come up.
The employer is pretty flexible with working hours, but you�ll likely end up spending more time at work, as you�re usually given a lot of things to do within tight deadlines.

Employer is highly flexible, but it is dependent on team. I generally work 37.5 hours outside of busy season, with occasional early knocks. In busy season expect 55+ hours per week at this level. Much more demanding hours at assistant manager and above.
