I have observed a strong focus on diversity and inclusion. There are different social and employee groups that welcome everyone, including groups supporting women, LGBTQ+ employees, and First Nations communities. We recently held one of our biggest morning tea events of the year to raise funds and support the local community. The company also organises panel sessions where employees can share their experiences and perspectives. From what I have seen, recruitment is diverse, gender representation is balanced, and promotion and retention are approached fairly and inclusively.
