Kyndryl designs, builds, manages and modernises technology systems that the world depends on every day.
We have a well-organised bootcamp training program during the first three months, followed by opportunities to work on client-facing or internal projects. Throughout the program, we are supported by mentors, buddies, senior mentors, and the program lead. We also have daily stand-ups and one-on-one check-ins where we can raise questions, discuss concerns, and receive guidance. I have completed training in areas such as cloud computing, AI, and agentic AI. Through these experiences, I have developed both technical and soft skills, including client communication, understanding client needs, coding, data analytics, problem-solving, and teamwork.
