Kyndryl designs, builds, manages and modernises technology systems that the world depends on every day.
My standard work hours are generally 9:00am to 5:00pm, with a 30-minute lunch break. The working arrangement is quite flexible, usually with around 2–3 days onsite and 2–3 days working from home, depending on team and project needs. There is also usually a shutdown period during Christmas, which supports work-life balance.
