L'Oreal has a lot of charity efforts. For example, Garnier helps to replant corals on the Great Barrier Reef, YSL Beauty has an "Abuse Is Not Love" initiative relating to domestic violence. La Roche Posay do free skin checks at events. We partner with charities that help struggling mums. There are a lot of brand efforts, I think almost every brand, if not all brands have a charity or similar which they support.
Bi-annually we have to particiapte in a 'citizens day', where every employee in L'oreal volunteers at one of our local partners and help their operations.
