
Excellent culture from junior/support roles to chief executive partner (open plan definitely helps). all levels of seniority highly accessible. most colleagues are very approachable friendly and work well cooperatively.
I cannot think of any negatives regarding workplace culture. the partner in charge in the sydney office brings a vibrant and supportive energy which is reflected across the whole firm. i have not had any difficulties in accessing mentorship, support and guidance from senior lawyers and peers. the firm is very hardworking and produces high-quality outcomes for clients, but not at the expense of its peoples' wellbeing. the firm hosts several social events throughout the year. it is probably not the most social firm in terms of parties / outside of office socialising, however this is probably healthier than a firm that adopts a "work hard play hard" culture. i think it finds a perfect balance. all of the lawyers have hobbies and interests outside of work which they are encouraged to share and remain committed to.
The firm has a pretty special culture. in the most part, everyone is super friendly and nice. both juniors and seniors are always willing to help out or answer any questions you have when needed. there are plenty of social events.
Connection lunches every tuesday and thursday in the office.
