The location I work in is great and the office building is recently refurbished with a balcony and great EOT facilities. The firm allows individuals to 'dress for their day' which gives employees autonomy to dress how they wish (appropriately) each and every day.
The office is in the Olderfleet building on Collins St, which is very accessible via public transport. There are end of trip facilities, and the office is open plan. The architecture and design makes it a warm and welcoming environment, and there are kitchens on each floor with coffee machines, tea and fridges. The dress code is a 'dress for your day' policy. If staff have meetings or court, they are expected to dress in business attire, however otherwise business casual is usually acceptable.
Excellent work environment, location and facilities - looking over Sydney harbour with a gorgeous view and balcony with full view of the harbour bridge. Beautiful open plan reception area and office, and modern facilities.
