Interview process was smooth; big focus on behavioural questions and extracurricular interests
It was very competitive due to limited graduate positions (7 in total). however, the application process was fair and reasonable and provided us with several opportunities to learn about the firm. it involved a written application, psychometric testing, in-person interview with a partner and hr rep and a graduate cocktail evening. we were also paired with a current graduate to be a buddy / point of contact throughout the process.
Pretty standard application process for a large firm, but nothing too onerous - written application, including covering letter, cv, transcript, and responses to set questions - psychometric testing - interview - cocktail/connection evening
Single-round in-person interview with one peoples team person and one senior lawyer.
