Lander & Rogers are extremely flexible. I am able to work from home whenever required, and have previously amended my hours on certain occasions to better suit other commitments and appointments.
My current work hours are extremely flexible, and the firm is great at allowing individuals to be flexible in how they work. Individuals, including graduates are allowed to work at home whenever they need/want. In terms of working hours, there is no pressure to come in early or stay late - obviously this is dependent on what work you have - but graduates, juniors and others are encouraged to leave as early as possible and get out of the office to maximise the rest of their life.
The firm has a fully hybrid/flexible work policy for all permanent employees. There is no required number of days for being in the office as opposed to working from home, but employees are asked to respect anchor days in the office and firm events.
WFH days available depending on team. Work hours very good (usually people leave 5-5:30pm, with the occasional late night).
