Not the most social work culture.
The CEO's office is on the same level as where a lot of the team works. The culture is good, people work together and are willing to help where possible, whether that's within the team or cross-team. There are lots of social events, with social groups leading big events every few months or so. Some teams have regular team BBQs/lunches which is nice.
The culture is great, lots of communication and collaboration with colleagues is promoted highly. Depending on the team opportunities are there outside of work for further socialising.
Not much after hours except for specific events every few months. The teamwork varies depending on the project you work on.
