There is first an online questionnaire and then an in person interview.
It wasn't too stress-inducing as we were given time to answer and work through the problems. There was one interview before offers.
No complaints, didn't involve many stages - CV submission, online assessment, in-person interview.
I think we had an online assessment center before the interview. This included IQ style questions. Then I had an in person interview which was pretty standard. No technical component we just discussed my experience.
