As a graduate, I've found the exposure to various operational and business areas particularly valuable, as it helps build both technical knowledge and leadership capability. Promotion opportunities are good, particularly for employees who demonstrate strong performance, initiative, and a willingness to learn. In my experience, the company provides exposure to different areas of the business, which helps employees build a broad skill set and identify potential career pathways.

As a graduate, there is lots of investment in resources, finance, time and skills invested in us, thus our career possibilities are very good in my opinion, as we progress through each rotation (team we are in) we get to build connections and relationships, and we are encouraged to pursue what we want with the business supporting that. In regard to what it takes to move up the ranks, it can depend on how well and knowledgeable a graduate is, they can move into management roles quite quickly, or it will take a few years to gain the required experience and knowledge to progress to a higher role. In summary, if you as the candidate possess the required traits, skills and experience to progress on the career ladder you will.

There is numerous avenues within the company that i can explore as a graduate. Having the conversations with my managers is a simple way to optimize my growth. I can determine what role I move into based on my skillset as well as see the pathways for further progression in that role.
