Good friendly culture, easy to get along with all team members. There is typical structure but the manager's are very friendly and approachable.
The workplace culture is supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented. Both office and operational teams work closely together to achieve business objectives, and there is a strong emphasis on safety, continuous improvement, and delivering results. As a graduate, I found colleagues approachable and willing to share their knowledge, which created a positive environment for learning and development.
The workplace culture is quite great; the culture is very sociable with lots of communication and collaboration amongst teams and also people across teams. Teams get along very well with each other balancing work with social life. For after hours, colleagues keep in touch or even hang out with each other which speaks a lot about how inviting, positive and sociable the culture here is. The organisational structure is not as complicated and big as other companies, in which it is easy to reach out and communicate to managers in higher ranks. The workplace culture at Linfox is in my opinion the best part about this company, in which I didn't value at first, however after working at Linfox for a while, it has made me value workplace culture the most, due to the fact that you have to work in that environment/culture for about 8 hours per day, and doing that at Linfox I am very pleased/happy with my everyday work experience, due to how positive and sociable the culture is.
Very strong culture. Everyone was positive about the work they did and allowed for a strong working culture. Blaming and finger pointing was minimal, people were happy to own mistakes or carry responsibilities which meant your ability to make mistakes was considered as a learning opportunity would be presented. Everyone was sociable amongst various employees and you could easily build strong relationships with your managers and boss's.
Everyone is awesome. very welcoming, always willing to lend a hand and always willing to grab a coffee or drink during/after work hours
