All sites are supportive of diversity & inclusion for all employees, and includes online training focused on it.
There was a very diverse bunch of people on my rotation. it was clear that everyone felt included was comfortable within the business.
They are pretty good they do have a dedicated group who focuses on this subject. and are very inclusive on sites as well they ensure that any poor behaviour is taken seriously and delt with.
