Managers are generally approachable, supportive, and accessible. As a graduate, I have had regular opportunities to work closely with leaders across different areas of the business, which has been valuable for both learning and development. They are willing to share their knowledge, provide guidance, and help employees navigate challenges and opportunities within their roles. Internal communication is typically clear and structured, with regular team meetings, operational updates, and discussions around business priorities, safety, and performance.

The managers that I have had so far at Linfox have been great, they are all managers for a reason because they are able to lead, mentor and teach, whilst managing and people empathetically. They approach praise and performance feedback in a way that supports and backs people, ensuring that employees have their trust and support.

All my managers made very good mentors for me. Everyone wanted to lift me up and all grow together at a consistent rate. All managers where clearly helping each other grow so that each promotion can be replaced by the manager below them, making a really strong work environment with everyone ensuring there subordinate grows with them.
