On a typical day, I work closely with operational teams to monitor performance, analyse data, identify improvement opportunities, and support the delivery of key business objectives. This may include reviewing operational metrics, assisting with process improvement projects, preparing reports for management, supporting inventory and warehouse activities, and collaborating with stakeholders across different departments.
My day-to-day task differs a lot, based on the team I am in. Generally, I will be doing work that has been delegated to me, project work for projects that are currently running, and working closely with each team member to understand their job/role better. In summary, my day-to-day tasks changes based on the current state of projects and the business, however I am always working on BAU tasks.
I had a lot of daily task's, lots of admin, safety and compliance that was carried throughout my time at the rotation. Lots of projects that I was able to make my own and establish new systems at the site that streamline a lot of processes.
