Interview process was slow with large periods of time between updates and communications. Very accommodating team with interview scheduling though.

The interview process was organised and straightforward, consisting of online assessments followed by interviews. The questions focused on my experience, problem-solving ability, and fit with the company values. Overall, it was a positive experience, and the process provided a clear understanding of the role and career development opportunities available.

The experience I had with the interview process was pretty standard, with online quizzes and interviews before progressing to an in-person interview. Linfox has less technical related questions/quizzes comparatively to other companies.

I was fortunate enough to have someone I know within the company that can expedite my application process toward the grad program. However my qualifications aligned perfectly, so interviewing for the role was very relevant to my skillset.

I did a vacation so I didn't really have much of an interview process for the grad role
