I feel the pay and benefits are fair for my role, particularly when considering the development opportunities available. The most valuable perk is the exposure to multiple areas of the business and the ability to build experience across operations, warehousing, and office functions. The structured learning, supportive team environment, and career progression opportunities make the overall package attractive beyond just salary and traditional benefits.
There are discounts for certain health insurance companies, novated lease, luna park discounts, technology discounts with Microsoft 365 subscriptions and Dell, travel discounts with Linfox partners, Westpac financial health offers, salary sacrifice options, and RSEA Safety discounts.
Overall i dont find the pay to be overly satisfactory however, i understand that there is alot of room to have my salary grow as i work longer within the company.
