From my experience, there is a strong emphasis on responsible business practices and continuous improvement. Safety is also a core part of the company's culture, with ongoing training, awareness programs, and initiatives designed to protect employees and promote wellbeing.
I have only been involved in the mental health and wellbeing programs at Linfox, however there are other programs available for us to join and become involved in such as the women in Linfox initiatives and the rainbow group.
R U OK Day was a big focus for me, I personally took part in planning the day, through there website we bought tote bags, pens lanyards, teacups and posters of important information regarding all things relating to "R U OK" we then held a day, handing the packs out, made speeches and brought pizzas for all staff.
