Work hours are pretty flexible depending on what team you are in, certain teams start earlier than others, however it is crucial that you complete your required work hours in the day. Working arrangements are flexible too depending on the team you are in, certain teams allow for remote work, and certain teams don't unless it is for an important reason.
I was the one that drove the working hours predominantly. I was able to choose start times based on my travel to and from work. I was also always wanting to go above and beyond to work the extra hours to cover absentees or to ensure that all work was completed for the day.
