I can see in many teams including mine that manager and senior engineering positions are held by those who are in their late 20s and early 30s. That is to say, there seems to be many opportunities to progress quickly in your career if you demonstrate a high level of competency. I do however believe that more can be done to fulfil career aspirations. This is in large part due to the fact that the graduate program does not facilitate rotations and a variety of experiences.
Good benefits when staying with the company. Bad at recognising prior experience.
As a graduate, you're locked into the 2 year grad program, and then automatically get promoted to a full dev.
