I believe that my employer holds no biases and employs/promotes people based on competency and merit. Employees of Lockheed Martin come from a variety of backgrounds and perspectives.
Within the workplace though, everyone is completely inclusive from what I've seen, with multiple openly LGBT members, and people from diverse backgrounds.
