My original manager was fairly overworked, and as such I didn't have too much access to his time, but was still super nice and great to work with. For he past year I've had a new manager who has much more time to reply and engage with his team, and is great.
they don't flow information through efficiently and filter out some important stuff. don't encourage communication within IPTs where needed
