The interview was more casual than the experience of others who have applied for other companies. There was only one interview and no other examinations. This was very suitable for me and made the process less stressful. The assessment was largely based around answering some technical questions during the interview.
I had a phone screening 'interview' that was just some basic questions about eligibility. After that there was an online IQ test. Then there was a 1 hour (I think) zoom interview, with two LMA engineering leaders, and a lady from HR.
