The base pay is similar to comparable positions in other defence companies, it does not stand above others during the graduate program. Benefits such as leave and flexi/TOIL are underwhelming when compared to other workplaces such as APS government roles. The requirements to accrue TOIL make it very difficult to access. The Destination Discounts benefits are very good and can contribute to savings in the hundreds of dollars over a year.
Pay is alright, but as a graduate it increases twice a year automatically, regardless of your performance which is nice. They also helped move me from Sydney to Melbourne, which fully covered the moving costs of me and my partner.
