Most learning is self-managed, and especially in my role in the lab, I'm expected to figure stuff out myself fairly often. There is a training budget I can make use of, but there's not much time available for it, and you need to request it yourself.
Graduate training is pretty minimal, not a whole lot of useful training opportunities. However on the program and within the team, I have had various training opportunities that have been really valuable.
