We have an open-plan office which makes it less hierarchical and easier to talk to other team members. The workplace culture is very friendly and people are looking out for each other. There is great participation in firm-wide events and are generally, very approachable.
Great culture. Young people who all have lunch together from all teams, drinks after work, grads run a social club which has events every month e.g. easter egg hunts, hot one's challenges, Mario kart, paint & sip etc. Thursday afternoon cheese boards in the office.
My experience with MK colleagues has been overwhelmingly positive. Everyone has been welcoming, supportive, and patient. The advice and training I've received from mentors, supervisors, and colleagues have been incredibly valuable. Additionally, being part of the Grad Social Committee has been fantastic for building connections with fellow grads and creating a safe, friendly community where we can ask questions and share a laugh.
