I am given the opportunity to work on complex legal matters that I have not dealt with previously. This can include researching case law, drafting letters and applications, and attending client meetings.
Starting my first rotation in the Intellectual Property and Trade Team has been an absolute thrill. My genuine passion for IP has made working on Trade Mark Applications, Evidence of Use Declarations, and Cease & Desist Letters incredibly fulfilling and rewarding. Additionally, handling trade-related matters, particularly in Franchising and Privacy law, has been eye-opening and has significantly enhanced my knowledge in these areas.
