The firm offers graduate orientation for two days in Melbourne to start, and regular training sessions on matters such as IT, firm policies and practice tips throughout the year. I have also received informal training throughout the year through catchups with my assigned mentor and regular feedback sessions with colleagues on my work.
There are lots of training opportunities offered by MK, however the best training is from the mentoring/coaching from more senior people in the team. Everyone always makes themselves available to give feedback
Extensive on-board training and the technology trainer is always available if you need a refresher. You also have access to training videos and manuals for self-paced learning.
