The junior you are, the more expectation there is to be in the office 5 days a week, regardless of senior staff being there or not. Although if you have a valid reason such as a medical appointment, then you are allowed to work from home.
Standard 8:45-5:15pm. Asked to go home if staying later than 5:45pm. Great with graduate expectations. No WFH in graduate year as it is better to learn and be immersed in the culture in office.
