For everyone but graduates, MK is very accommodating of flexible working hours and work from home arrangements.
Standard hours are generally good (8:45am-5:15pm) and graduates are encouraged to stick to these, although sometimes work beyond these is required depending on team and workload. Graduates are also encouraged to be in office 5 days, so regular WFH is not typically an option.
I'm able to work from home one or two days a week. Each team is different in their work from home expectations.
Working day is 8:45 - 5:15. The workplace is very flexible; I have been able to start later or finish early to attend appointments if I can't fit them in outside of work hours. As a graduate, the firm want you in the office as much as possible for learning, but I have been able to WFH when I needed.
