Theoretically, you are able to move into any other position in the entirety of Macquarie Technology group within any sector of the company. Every six months you are expected to complete a certificate specified to you by the program. Every six months includes a salary review as well. Offers to move into other positions can possibly arise there.
Everyone gets bonuses to their salary after every 6 months completed (as you need to do a cert every 6 months). After the first 4 certs, you level up to Tier 2 OR get promoted and go to another part of the company and from there its another 2 years + other requirements to get tier 3 etc
The graduate program allows you to start at one position and move up with certificates to be completed every 6 months to help progress into another position down the track
