While some of the tasks I do are intimidating, I'm never exactly alone. I can always ask the more experienced people in the room or over teams whenever I get stuck on a problem. So far, I have found management and senior employees to be accommodating and understanding to me as a new starter in the industry.
There are a lot of events. All teams have their own events but there are also lots of events for the whole company both in and out of work hours. You frequently get to go for lunch with colleagues/have the company but lunch and snacks
