Culture is great . Everyone is kind and makes it a safe space to work. There is hierarchy but it is not in a bad way, but promotes effective work flow and delegation. It is team dependent how collaborative the team is, but generally it is a collaborative office environment,
We have a wonderful culture at KWM - it's genuine and supportive, and you often work collaboratively within your team and across other teams. There are also several social opportunities each week (eg meals in the office and Friday drinks, sports etc).
Highly team dependent but overall very welcoming, social. Not very hierarchical and can easily talk to anyone no matter position. Socialising is common among juniors and has helped foster healthy support network. Often many social events, some which even welcome bringing partners/family.
Social groups, free coffee fridays, snacks in the kitchen, team and work events, drinks etc. It is a structured workplace, but there is lots of opportunity for growth, and if you put your hand up, there are plenty of options to work on things that are outside your comfort zone, as that is were growth happens!
Culture is great at KWM. Everyone is very friendly and social. Lots of social events (including sports, dinners/drinks, in conversations). As a graduate, I feel comfortable speaking to people of all positions (e.g. all partners that I speak to are very friendly and make time to converse with me)
