There is a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion, not just in formal processes but also as part of the culture generally.
Can see good efforts to be diverse and inclusive e.g. having cultural diversity committee, gender committee etc. Often encouraging to share other culturally significant celebrations. Can't comment on recruitment/retention/promotion processes much but can observe face value demographics of employees and within graduate cohorts are generally diverse (but sometimes to varying degrees depending on cohort). very limited cultural and gender diversity representation at partner position in Brisbane, but encouraging to see increasing diversity at SA level.
Diversity and inclusion committees, equity schemes for clerkship applications. Overall I notice a highly diverse workplace at KWM.
I am a member of KWM's Cultural Diversity Committee. I feel that diversity and inclusion is healthy at KWM.
